The following entries are from page 58 of the birth registry for St George the Martyr in Prizzi, Sicily, for the year 1902, which contains the surname, FERRARA.The names are Latin version...e.g. Giuseppe is Joseph, Josephi,Josepho and Josephis.As for the rest of the document, I think the translation is at least in the ballpark.
