Hi Jerry, I was searching the Internet out of curiosity and came across your query, so I would like to help you. I am actually surprised to see there are Feyh's in the US as well, but that remind me of something interesting, which I will tell you subsequently. I am from Brazil and I know there are a lot of Feyh's there, especifically in the South, in the states of Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul. So far I have not been in touch with many of them, and I know for sure that most of them (us) do not speak or read English, we are from very simple families, and by saying that I mean from the country side. Well, the interesting fact is that I have an aunty, the oldest living Feyh member I actually know and she is in possession of a family relic, a very old wall clock, which is passing from one family member to another on a quest to keep some link with the past generations, it actually came from Germany supposedly with the first Feyh imigrant to reach Brazil. She was actually married to a Feyh, but he deceased a long time ago, I didn't even knew him, only my mom did. Like most people, she is considering she doesn't have much time left, so on our last meeting, she confided me that the relic will pass on to me, as I already have a male son and so the link will keep on going. the interestin fact is that the only time I saw the clock, I happened to notice that it has English inscriptions, barely readable, so it made me think is must have been brought from the US to Germany first and then to Brazil, though she does not recall that, she thinks it's a german made clock. That's it for today. Hope you receive this and we can keep in touch. Best regards, Paulo Feyh
P.D.: I am actually living in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), due to my work.
