I think this is the Elizabeth Flinchbaugh, daughter of Samuel D. Flinchbaugh and Lydia Strayer. She is not listed on the 1860 census with the family - she is already married to A. E. Fulton and listed with him in Hopewell Township. It is easy to get this Samuel, son of Adam Flinchbaugh and Catharine Dohm (Tome), mixed up with Samuel, son of Henry Flinchbaugh and Margaret Giesey, because their dates are so close together. However, this Samuel and Lydia are buried at Blymire's as are his parents. Samuel, son of Henry, is buried at Bethlehem Evangelical Cem. in Windsor Twp. He was married to Anna Mary Blouse.
All I had was Elizabeth's name previously - I had been unable to find this Samuel and family on the 1850 census. Both Samuels are listed on the 1860 census. Samuel D. Flinchbaugh is in Hopewell Twp. in 1860 but Dallastown Borough in 1870. His widow Lydia is living with daughter Barbara Ellen Stiles on the 1880 census.
I don't see Arthur and Elizabeth on the 1870 or 1880 censa - did they move away from York County??
