In responding to part of your inquiry, Yes, the Flournoy's are considered, accepted as Huguenots. I'd like to know what you have about the Flournoy's buried at Rocky Oaks Church in Powhatan Co. VA. If you are digging around, NOT necessarily in the graveyard, you may find the following of interest. "Many of the details concerning [[the family of Flournoy]] were found in a manuscript genealogy, begun in 1732 and continued until the end of 1759, probably by Gedeon Flournoy (b. 1691), son of Jacques Flournoy of Geneva. The manuscript, located in the Bibliotheque Wallonne, Leiden, Holland, has been filmed by the Genealogical Society, Salt Lake City, Utah, microfilm #106, 812 (vol. 516), herafter cited as 'Flournoy ms'."
