My husbands grandfather was CARL LUDWIG FOGELSTROM born 31 Jan 1871 Snalfund, Orebro, Sweden. His mother was KLARA LOUISA KARLSDOTTER, father possibly PEHR EDWARD FOGELSTROM. I have never been able to find proof of a marriage for this couple, but he was the only FOGELSTROM in the area. Carl came to Chicago in about 1895. He had TB and went to Arizona. Grandma went to Arizona where they were married Nov 1900. He died Jan 1901, never knowing his wife was going to have a baby. (husband's mother) I would like to know for sure that all of this is fact. Any one know how to prove this? I have read clerical surveys and other records for that area, I can read the language fairly well.
