"MRS. FOGELSTROM'S RITES ARE TUESDAY IN ALDEN CHURCH"
"Services for Mrs. Janet Fogelstrom were at 10 a. m. Tuesday in Alden with Rev. Kenneth Elkins, pastor, officiating.Mrs. Fogelstrom died Thursday morning in the Anadarko hospital after a long illness.Burial was in the Alden cemetery under direction of the Harvey funeral home. Bearers were Jim McHenry, Charlie Martin, George Dyer, Wesley McCullough, Louis Jantz and Elvis McKee. Mrs. Fogelstrom, daughter of Alexander and Helen Jamieson, was born in Scotland March 17, 1863.She came to the United States with her parents when she was six years old and settled in Illinois.She married Frans Fredrick Fogelstrom April 30, 1883, at Fredrick, Iowa, and to them 10 children were born.They came to a farm southwest of Fort Cobb in 1907 where she made her home.Her husband and three children preceeded her in death. She is survived by five sons, Andrea G., Cashmere, Wash.; Alex, Valleze, Calif.; Frans, Comanche; Bob, Apache, and Henry, Fort Cobb;also two daughters, Mrs. L. C. Brundrett, Malaza, New Mexico, and Mrs. D. J. Jantz, Bethany.Four brothers surviving are A. C. Jamieson, Carnegie; Bob Jamieson, Barnsdall; Frank Jamieson, Deer Creek, and Tom Jamieson, De Witt, Ark. Relatives coming from other states for the funeral were Andrea Fogelstrom, Cahsmere, Wash.; Alex Fogelstrom, Valleze, Calif.; Mr. and Mrs. Alec Jamieson and Jean Tooman, Santa Anna, Calif., and Tom Jamieson, DeWitt, Ark."
