You should also try the spellings Forsi, Farsi, Farcy, Forcy, sometimes even Force.
I'm descended from Stephen Farcy (Estienne Farsi), through his daughter Ann.Stephen's father was Jean Farsi, later anglicized to John Farcy. For the most part, the spelling of the name was dependent on the clerk recording it.
John Farcy had two sons who lived, but his son Francis died without a surviving heir, so the family line continued through Stephen. He wed Mary Perault, daughter of Charles and Margriet Perault. They also had a son, Daniel. After Charles died, Margaret (as she was then known) we Antoine (Anthony) Rapine (also Rappeen, Rappen, Rapene, and even Ranee and Raneen) and they had two daughters, Mary Ann and Ann.
Stephen and Mary had several children:Charles, William, Francis, William, Stephen, John, Judith, Mary Ann, Marianne, Ann, Jane, Elizabeth.I do have further information on some of their children, but not a whole lot.
Still, remember to be creative in your spelling -- the clerks of courts and the clerks in churches certainly were!
