I think it is possible that the house to which you refer may have been that of James Monroe Forney (1813-1884) & his wife Sarah G. Fulenwider (1819-1886). Sarah was a daughter of Jacob Fulenwider (b.1788) and Mary Magdalene Hoyle (1795-1847). To the best of my knowledge, they had only one daughter, Sally, b. cir 1834. I have no clue as to who she may have married, if at all. I can only find this couple on the 1850 & 1880 census records. Monroe, of course, is cited in the will of Peter Forney 1756-1834. He was the youngest of the 12 children of Peter Forney & Nancy Abernathy.
I'm sorry that this is the best clue I can provide for you. Good luck.
