I Sarah Furguson of Chesterfield county do make and ordain this my last will and testament as follows to wit
I give to my Grand daughter Mary Furquren’s two children Lewis* (sic) Furquren and Polley Furquren one Negro woman by the name of Ede and her futer (sic) increase to be equally devided between them & to their heirs forever~
I direct that the Residue and Remainder of my whole estate be equallydevided between my daughter Sarah Newby wife of Levie Newby and my Deceased daughter Mary Baugh’s children, my daughter Sarah Newby to have half, and the other half to be equally devided between all Mary Baugh’s children, to them and to their heirs forever.
I direct my estate not to be appraised and appoint Levie Newby my Executor, as witness my hand and seal this fifteenth day of September eighteen hundred and seven.
