I don't have a copy of the will but have the information that a will was filed in Loudoun County Virginia, on March 25, 1793. His sons are listed as Thomas, Jonathan, George, Daniel, Isaac and William.Daughters listed are Mary, Elizabeth Russell and granddaughter Mary McDowell Russell(Daughter of Elizabeth Russell). Mary Fouch is listed as his wife.
The will was probated on October 13, 1794.(Loudon County, VA Will Book E pg 69)The names are the same ones that were written in Mary McDowell Foutch's Bible.
A digitized copy of the Bible(1793)is available on the Library of Virginia web site. It lists the 12 children, birthdates and death dates.
After his mother's death, Thomas Foutch wrote in the Bible"Our ancestors were French Protestants. They fled from Britannia in France, after the Revocation of the Edit of Nates by Louis the XIV.The family names was de la Fouche.Hugh Fouch was born in America about the Year 1696 and departed this life the 29th of Sept 1780. (He married Mary Perkins, her Family resided in Bucks County, Pennsylvania) Thier first son Isaac Fouch, was married to Miss Mary McDowell, whose Parents were from Armagh in Ireland, they were Protestants.I Remember her Grandmother Mrs. Mary Varnor, she lived to the age of more than 90 years, and never wore Spectacles. She read much, and taught many children to read, on of which was my Wife's Mother.
Isaac Fouch, Sen. Departed this life the 17th day of July 1794.Aged 73 years.Mary Foutch, his widow departed this life the 30th of Sept. 1824, aged 87 years.
Signed Thomas Foutch, October 24, 1824"
I hope this helps. Our family thinks that it descends from Isaac's son William. The sons may have moved to North Carolina and then at least some of them to Tennessee.
