I believe Noah J. Foxwell was a younger brother of Capt. Charles L. Foxwell who married Eliza L.

I believe Emiline is really Eviline who married Francis Asbury LeCompte in 1858. And Charles L age 9 later married Frances Adeline Mason. Ages match my Charles and Evilene exactly. And I have newspapers clippings, mostly obits, in my bible referencing Charles Sr., Eliza, Eviline, Charles Jr. and spouses. Still working on Arabella.
Noah's obit gives no mention of siblings. Text follows:
"Deaths in Talbot County. [Special Dispatch to the Baltimore Sun] EASTON, MD., Jan. 12. Noah J. Foxwell, aged ninety-three years, died of paralysis at his residence in Oxford. He was a native of Dorchester county, where he has surviving relatives of the third and fourth generation. He carried on shipbuilding business in Dorchester the earlier part of his life. He removed to Talbot about thirty years ago, bought land and went to farming. Several years ago he quite active business and moved to Oxford."
I really appreciate the information on Noah being a child of Levin Foxwell and Elizabeth Layton. Definitely would like more information on that source material. I found their marriage date of 23 Jan 1797 as reported online from Dorchester County marriage records.
