Lee, Thank you for clarifying the Charles's up for me. I do have a distant recollection of Bud Fraker, I traveled back to Garnett, about every 5 yrs once my father retired from military serve and the family settled in Maryland. I had planned on going out Ks last yr but was not able to travel. I looked at some other picks my of my father and Ralph or Bud Jr. that were taken in 1943. I beleive my father is holding a baby that belongs to his other cousin Vera May who is the only child of grandfather (Walter) brother Melvin and the babies father Johnny Watt. So I do know Bud, but only as a child. I did call Garnett and spoke with Bud in 2004 but just to let people know that my mother had passed away. Bud told me that he had always had the upmost repect for my father, and he used the example of my father which led him join the WWII march.I do have a question for you though unless we are talking about the same Bud, isn't he kind of older to be having girfriends, unless my math is wrong his sister is 88. or I;m I relating to there children, I know Buds sister, Mary Beth Fraker Tucker had sons, Chris Tucker is abt 52, hes 2 yrs younger than me and Tommy who is deceased and maybe a 3rd son whos name I don' recall or is that the bud you know. Anyway, my husband got me a mcbook air for chrstmas and also a new printer/fax/scanner which I haven't figured out yet (the printer) once I do I'll post them on a website or some type of pictorial history of my branch. I am also very interested in the satchell research my father did, actually his research was done with his cousin Maxine Satchell and I think her son son John. There was a couple a few yrs back Robert/Theresa Smith that had made a claim that they wereat least (Robert) ws stating his grandmother was Cora Mae Satchell, which lets just say was a mistep that was cleared up. I think Robet has since decided hes related to Love Newton Satchell, they sent me a lot of there research abt 6 mos. ago.
