Page 60 "In 1743 Sir Thomas Frankland took Sarah Mooseley as his 2nd wife. She was very pretty and at 18 some 40 yrs younger than her husband. At his death in 1747 all his property passed absolutely to Sarah by his last will. His family upset this in court, but under an earlier will Sarah inherited his property for life. During the next 36 yrs she accumulated a fortune of £35,000 all of which she settled away from the Franklands"
