Thank you for your information about the Frankman family. It is interesitng that you should send this e-mail today since, not less than an hour ago, I was talking with my Mom (who's madien name was Frankman) about the some Frankman family history. She was explaining to me about my granfather's family history and what has been found about his ancestors. My grandpa Frankman (Alvas John Frankman Sr.) lived till he was 96 years old (born in 1901) , so I had the chance to get to know him pretty good. He was a great man.His Father was in the Civil war. Also, my grandpa's father came from the Country known as Prussia (now considered a part of Germany) It seems like there were a few other spellings of the last name, like Frinkman, Frenkman. I might see if I can find others with those other spellings.
It is exciting that there are a few other people doing research on the Frankman line.I know also that my aunt and uncles have done some more research on this line.
I would be interested in contacting a few other Frankman family members that you mention in various states.Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
