Peter Gideon Frechette was born around 1875 to Joseph Frechette and Justine Pepin-dit-LaChance of Quebec. Not sure when the family settled in Cavalier. (Peter's grandfather was also named Joseph, and his grandmother was named Mathilde).
Peter's wife, Lavina Agnes Truemner, was born to German parents.
They had at least two children in Cavalier, Florence Louise Frechette and Marvin Frechette.Peter and son Marvin owned a gas station and automotive store in Cavalier for some time, which was later purchased by Florence's son Donald Burke and turned in Burke's Bakery.
Don't know if any of that is helpful.I really feel like these Canada>Cavalier Frechettes are somehow connected.
