Centralia(Washington) native Treva L. Freelund died Thursday, Jan. 11, at Port Angeles. She was 76.
Freelund was born Feb. 8, 1924, to Allen and Laura (Veysey) Roush. In 1942, she married Otto Freelund in Centralia. Her husband died in 1988.
A resident of the Port Angeles and Sequim areas for the last 50 years, she enjoyed gardening, ceramics, dogs and spending time with her grandchildren.
She was a member of Fairview Bible Church and Fairview Grange.
Survivors include her son, Dale, and her daughter, Darlene, both of Port Angeles; her brother, Howard Roush of Libby, Mont.; and two grandchildren.
Visitation may be made from 9 to 5 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday at Drennan and Ford Funeral Home, Port Angeles, which is in charge of arrangements.
A funeral for Treva L. Freelund will begin at 1 p.m. Thursday at Fairview Bible Church, Port Angeles, with the Rev. Jack Clapp officiating. A graveside service for her will be held Friday at 1 p.m. in Mountain View Cemetery, Centralia, with Chaplain Richard Barada officiating.
