In total the sums borrowed come to £1400. the mortgage has been transferred between several lenders and came into the hands of Edward Pyke in 1900. In 1908 Edward Pyke transferred it to the first named 3 parties above who held it jointly.
Edward Pyke, Cuthbert Pyke and Nicholas Cockshutt are now transferring it to the 3 other parties.
