Hi Rita No, that's not my website.I don't use TNG program but I have sure noticed how nice it looks. Is it easy to run the web site?Yours looks good.
Doesn't seem right that your Harbard born 1815-1820 was son of John born 1819. More likely a brother or half-brother.Note Harbert, John's father, was said to be born ~1788 (at the TNG web site, which states the bible entry may be unreliable). If he was granted land in 1806 he may have been born before 1785.This leaves room for him to have had a wife before Martha (he & Martha apparently married ~1815), and perhaps a son not mentioned in that Bible.
I love guessing games.I wonder how much room there is in your birth year for Harbard.HArbard married very late so it may well be a 2nd marriage.Your site mentions someone who might be him if born just a few years earlier, 1807 or so: 1830 Amite Co, MS shows a Harbird Frith male age 20-30, born bet 1810-1820 [I think you meant 1800-1810] with female wife age 20-30 and two females under 5.
If he IS in Amite, the John Edward Frith in my 1st post is the likely father.Could Harbard have been born as early as 1801?But there's this: http://listsearches.rootsweb.com/th/read/COVINGTON/1999-09/0937622188http://listsearches.rootsweb.com/th/read/COVINGTON/1999-09/0937622188 "Seeking family and ancestry of Robert J. COVINGTON, b abt 1814, lived Amite Co. Miss. He m. 1842 in Amite Co. to Jane Elizabeth DUNN MAXWELL, who married first Harbert Frith." which might suggest that Harbert died by 1842.Could yours be that Harbert's son?Censuses can be wrong about birth locations as well as about age.
