Hi Julie - Thanks for your response. I'm not sure yet if we have a match. I checked the 1910 census of Centropolis Twp., Franklin Co. KS for the Fred[rick] FRYMAN household. I did find him and his wife enumerated in ED 82, p. 23A. Fred's age was given as 67 (b. OH) and wife Anna M. was 55 years of age (b. IN). They had been married 35 years.
The reason I think we may not have a match is that if Eva FRYMAN's husband was b. 1904, then I would expect Eva to have been born about that same time, perhaps even later. In a typical case, we would find Eva (and possibly other siblings) in the household. Yet, there are no children in the household. Also, if Anna was 55 in 1910, she most likely would have been too old to have been Eva's mother. I'm not ruling out a relationship, but I don't want us to go off on a tangent based on "the name's the same".
Did you know the White City, KS cemetery burials are online? I looked up the PATTERSON burials. A George PATTERSON 1867-1913 and Eva THROOP PATTERSON 1875-1953 are both interred here. Possibly they are related to your George PATTERSON b. 1904. Please contact me if you have further information about Eva that may help us figure this out. Death cert/obit/census?
