He was a jeweler is New York and is buried at the Lutheran Cemetery, Middle Village, Long Island, NY
His father was John C. SHirloh [1837-1901] who came to America.He was born in Bremerhaven, Germany.
John Frederick Schierloh had a son Frewderick Schierloh.
Booking passage coming to America from Bremen were Hermann Arthur Schierloh, Risch Anton Schierloh, Frederich Heinrich Schierloh, John Christopher Schierloh and Eliza Margaretha Schierloh.
