October 5, 1898 Case No. 6870
"It is considered by the Court that the said Enoch M.Fultz for his misdemeanor aforesaid, be imprisoned in the United States Jail, situated at Fort Smith, in the Western District of Arkansas, for the term and period of 4 months and that he pay to the United States of America a fine of 100Dollars together with all their costs inand about the prosecution lid out and expended, and that they have execution therefor.
"It is further considered, that the Marshal of the Western District of Arkansas, to whose custody the said Enoch M. Fultz is now here committed is hereby required to receive and safely keep and convey the body of the said Enoch M.Fultz hence to said United States Jail, without delay,and deliver him to the custody of the Keeper of said jail,who is hereby required to receive and safely keepthe said Enoch M. Fultz in jail in execution of the sentence aforesaid, and in conformity with the same for the full period of time aforesaid."
