Hi Gayla, I am afraid that these two Garrow brothers were not from Howe Island. Isreal died in Phoenix NY in 1932 and was born in Ogdensburg.I have all the records on him, just a coincidence of names. I am searching for them in NY and the connection to my great granfather.Thanks for trying though I do appreciate anything that could help. Kristin
