I have located Juan Garza and his family in the following censuses 1860, Starr County 1880, Nueces Co 1900, Starr County
Francisco first appears with Juan’s family in the 1990 Starr County census at the age of 16 (b Mar 1884, per the census data).I could not find a birth record for Fransisco Garza on the internet. However, I would venture to guess he was born in Nueces County. A little more information (wife, when/where married, children) might be helpful).
Throughout the censuses, I have accounted for all of Francisco’s siblings that you list except Victor. The only Victor I have found in the Garza household is a grandson of Juan and Concepcion, listed in the 1880 Nueces County census.Victor was 10 years old at the time and is the son of Margarita (dau in law). The 1870 census of Starr County lists Victor as the son of Cecilio and Margarita Garza.
I use familysearch.org, a free genealogy website for most records, and for census records, I access heritagequest.com through my id number on my library card.As for posting the records, I “cut and paste” - very easily done. For census records, I write the data in my word proceesor, then “cut and paste” from there.
You might want to check at your local public library and see if they have genealogy websites available as a courtesy via your library card.San Antonio Public Library provides heritagequest.com, and according to a cousin of mine, Beeville Public Library provides ancestry.com.
If I can be of further assistance, don’t hesitate to get in contact.
