Nicholas GASSAWAY was married to Ann BESSON, but he did not marry her sister Martha.See notes #5 and #7 at my site below.

In his 1677 will, Thomas BESSON left a horse called Nobsey and a heifer to his daughter Martha. The 1680 account of Thomas BESSON's estate shows that his widowand executrix Hester married to Thomas SUTTON. She asked for an allowance for a heiffer given as per will to Martha ALDRIDGE and a mare called Nobsey.

Martha's husband was Nicholas ALDRIDGE. Nicholas ALDRIDGE and wife Martha had a number of children baptized at All Hallow's Parish from 1680 to 1700.Her husband Nicholas ALDRIDGE was buried there on 21 Nov. 1708.She remarried the following year as Martha ALDRIDGE to John ROBERTS, and was buried there herself in 1722.

I don't know of any evidence for any wife of Nicholas GASSAWAY other than Ann BESSON.
