Hi Katherine, I don't know if Jehu and Mary had a daughter named Celia/Sealy. I do know that other researchers think that there is a possibility that Celia/Sealy was related. The 1860 Russell County Census Entry no. 671 lists Jehu George as the head of the household with the following people residing in that household--Ruke, Cealy age 40---Coffey, Harman C. age 16---Coffey, Lewis C. age 14---Ruke, John C. K. age 12---Ruke, Lafayett age 4--and Ruke, Anderson R. age 2.
The Russell County Census 1880, Entry 338 is as follows--George, Jeho or John age 81---Ruke, Sela age 57 (keeping house)--Decator L. age 22---Lafayette age 15---Anderson age 12.Entry 339 (probably next door)lists Ruke, John H. age 19--and Barbary, E. A. age 22 (keeping house) As you will notice the names are spelled differently, but they are the same people.
I.m not sure of the connection, but there surely was a connection or some sort between Jehu/Jeho/John George and Celia/Sealy/Sela Ruke/Rook. I would be most interested in hearing from you should you learn what the Connection was.
Most of the information I have came from other people researching the George's, some of whom live in Russell County.
In the event that you are not aware, there is a lot of information on line relating to Russell County so you may want to look there.
