They lived in Hoboken, NJ for 4 years. In NY City for 22 years and in Corona Long Island for 14 years.Margaret was 65 when she died on June 7, 1999.I have a photo of her if you would like.One of her children was Tom the ball player.Another was Aunt Kate the nun whom I met at Maryknoll and another was James, my grandfather whom I met as a child. I obtained some papers from Marykoll that Kate had to submit when she joined the order.One is a record of the marriage of James Joseph Clarke and Margaret Gilsenan on May 31, 1880 in Painston, Kavan, Meath.In this record it notes that James was 25, a Bachelor and Shop Keeper.Margaret was 26, a Spinster, and a shopkeeper also.Her Father's name was William Gilsenan, a Blacksmith. They lived in Senechalston, Meath. My father, Edward, was the fifth child of James, son of Margaret.I was named after her:Edward Gilsenan Clarke.
