Beverly, I found some Githens living with a grand daughter of Matthew Stewart and Elizabeth Githens.(Your ancestor, Henry Githens, signed Matthew Stewart and Elizabeth Githens marriage bond and the consent was given by Elizabeth's parents James and Caty Githens. You sent me a copy of this marriage bond and consent several years ago - Thank you once again!)

"Sydna C.", wife of James Goen, is the daughter of Henry Geiger and Catherine Stewart. Catherine Stewart was born August 29, 1801 in Greenup Co. Kentucky, the daughter of Matthew Stewart and Elizabeth Githens who married in Bourbon Co. KY in 1793. Catherine Stewart married (1) James McGuire January 04, 1821. She married (2) Henry Geiger December 19, 1830. He died January 17, 1832 in Flatwoods, Kentucky. She married (3) William Ellington December 20, 1834 in Greenup Co. Kentucky, son of David Ellington and Mary Dupuy. He was born 1796 in Virginia, and died July 01, 1866 in Ridgely Platte Co. Missouri.
Circuit Court Order Book N p 189 Mathew Stewart vs J. G. Stewart & others July Term 1842 Defendants William Ellington & Catherine his wife do not live in KY so court orders they be warned and ordered to appear among the complainants bill
(The complainant Mathew Stewart was Catherine's brother, son of the original Matthew Stewart and Elizabeth Githens)
The only likely Paschal Githens I found in 1850 was this one:
1850 Census Davies Co. Missouri ED 27 enum Nov 20 #672/676 John Githens 70 M farmer Pa. I.? 12 M Missouri Cynthianne 10 F Missouri Nancy P. 8 F Missouri Paschal W. 4 M Missouri
(Is this the household of John Githens and Nancy Burns who married in Greenup Co. Kentucky?)
I've drawn no conclusions, but it would appear that Paschal Githens is somehow related to Catherine Stewart's daughter.
