I am afraid I can't help you much.Martha Luthera Gleason Hasbrouk is my Great,Great grandmother. She and Alexander Hasbrouk had a daughter, Fidelia Estella who married Robert B. Oliver, a Canadian. They had a daughter, Martha Ida, who married David Horace Gleason, Martha Luthera's nephew. Martha and David are my grandparents whom I knew well, and Martha was a wealth of ancestral information, especially about the Hasbrouks.
David's father, Issac Newton, brother to Martha Luthera, married Hannah Hostetter. Issac Newton, and Martha Luthera's parents were Issac Cleason b. abt 1790 in New York, married Thrabie ________ b. abe 1796 in Vermont. They can be found in the 1860 Census Goodhue Coounty MN.I am sorry I can't make out the name of the town.It looks like in may be Chimy Gmy, on another 1870 census I have a gown called Cherry Grove in Goodhue CountyThe 1960 cencus numbers 12 through 17 on page 80, the two Issac Gleason families. This was a year before my grandfather, David, was born.I am sure these two Issacs are Father and son, because of the word of mouth utterances passed down in our family through my grandmother.
Of course, I am sure you are familiar with the Hasbrouk line given in "The History of New Paltz New York" from the colonial days down through Alexander.I also have Alexander's signature on my Great grandmother's wedding certificate.
If you come up with more on the gleason line, Please let me know.
