Horace GLEASON was the father of the Isaac GLEASON who married Elizabeth OLMSTEAD.
Horace's father was Isaac G. GLEASON--whose parents was Isaac & Marth (ABBE) GLEASON, whose parents were Isaac & Mary (PRIOR) GLEASON, whose parents were Isaac & Hester (EGGLESTON) GLEASON, whose parents were Thomas and Susanna (PAGE) GLEASON.
Horace was b. Middlefield, Mass about 1785; bp. May 14, 1806; d. Chester, Mass., about 1880. He m. Hulda GILLETT Sept 11, 1814.
Horace was a boot and shoe maker, and moved to Worthington, Mass., where his children were born...one of whom was Isaac GLEASON b. Jan 11, 1824 Worthington, Mass; d. Mead, PA, Jan 11, 1892. He m. in Mead, PA., July 2, 1854, Elizabeth OLMSTEAD. In 1853 Isaac GLEASON came from Mass. and purchased a farm in Mead Twp., PA. In 1862 he untied with the Baptist Church in Wayland. * * *
