Page 23 of the book says:
70. Josiah Goodhue [14], b. 1728; grad. Harv. Col., 1755; entered upon the ministry of the Congregationalish Church, in which he faithfully served for the remainder of his life in Dunstable, Mass., and Poultney, Vt.; m. Elizabeth Fletcher, of Dunstable, Mass., who d. Oct. 22, 1793; he d. at Poultney, Vt., Nov. 14, 1797. He was a man of more than ordinary ability, and had great influence and was much beloved.
