My Great-Aunt shared some information that I have been unable to confirm online. Her recollection was that my Great-grandfather was Henry Grammer of Brookwood, Alabama who married Mary Justice also of Brookwood, Alabama. I can find a Mary Justice born in 1880 which would have made her 18 when my Grandfather was born but I can't find a Henry Grammer born about 1880. Perhaps my Great-grandfather was called 'Henry' as a nickname. Any suggestions?
Also I have found information regarding Ed Grammer (born 1905) and Dewey Grammer (born 1907) which could have been my Grandfather's brothers. But my Grandfather, Earl Clifton Grammer had 4 brothers and 3 sisters (one sister died as an infant) and I can't find any information regarding the other siblings.
It is my understanding that either Henry Grammer or Mary Justice was half Creek Indian. If so I would like to register as a Native American. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

(daughter of Mary Jean Grammer
