I am trying to locate family members on my father's side of the family. His mother was Mary Elizabeth Malone, daughter of John Francis Malone and (unk) Gorman of New York, I think, in Yonkers last known. She was born around 1907; divorced my grandfather Charles S. Greening when my father was around 6 and remarried a man named Edwards. She died May 2, 1954, three months to the day before I was born. In the early 1900's, the Malone's had a piano moving company in NYC. I have no other information on this. I am also looking for Irish relatives on my grandfather Greening's side: Bertha O'Dell, John O'Dell and his son who were killed in a boiler explosion on (I think) the NYC train; Peter Valentine Greening (I think he was buried in a mausoleum in New Orleans where he had a brother or cousins or other relatives. Peter Valentine Greening operated a dirt moving machine in building the Panama Canal. My Grandfather, Charles S. Greening, was an expert at marbles and taught MANY kids in NYC in the early 1900's to play marbles for the championships. The only other information I have is that at one time my father and his family lived with relatives on the Tonowanda Seneca Indian reservation near Batavia, NY. A lot of the Greenings (Greenans) came from that area. My dad is the last of his generation, and the last of his side of the family that I know that is living. He's going to be 80 this year, so ANY HELP WITH ANY OF THESE PEOPLE WOULD BE ENORMOUSLY APPRECIATED.
