Hello Robert-

My great grandfather was Andreas D. Greiner, born in Germany in 1839, but we do not know where in Germany.He married Christiana Sauer, born in Germany, in 1843.They came to USA in 1878 with their children: Christine, Frederick (my grandfather born 1875), Louise, Christianna, Harry and Emma.Emma was the only one, we think, who was born in this country.Did any of your ancestors emigrate to the USA?Happy New Year!jfm
