Hi I am very interested in finding any history relating to a Kate Greville ???? In 1928 she was a very old Lady then, she resided in Kensington had many servants including a chaufeur who use to drive her Rolls Royce around the West End. She remained forever in mourning to Queen Victoria being fully dressed in Black until her death. We believe she may have been a Lady in waiting to Queen Victoria,I am not sure if she held the Greville name from Birth or married into the Grevilles, she may even had a diferent surname. She was always called Great Aunt Kate in the 1920s. Often she would feed the Birds on the Pond in the Park, could it be Kensington,Hyde Park,Regents. She had a very large library at her residence has anyone any ideas as to this libraries whereabouts. I would like for anyone to tell me about the history of this Kate her direct link to the Grevilles. Thankyou Christopher.
