Seeking help assembling this family. I have in my possession an old family Bible, originally owned by William Mabry Brewer (b: 18Aug1830 AL, d: 16Mar1912 MS) and wife Elizabeth Cornelia Clark Brewer (b: 30Sep1824, d: 07Nov1907 MS), children Infant Son (b/d: 4Nov1850), Thomas Osborn (b: 23Oct1851 AL d: 14Dec1902 LA), Alice R. (b: 23Oct1854 Al d: 10May1874 MS), William Hathaway (b: 19Oct1855 AL, d: 11Dec1838 TX), Emma Amanda (b: 23Jun1858 AL d: 27Jun1934 MS), Martha Anna E. (b: 03Jan1864 MS d: 14Jan1944 MS), Jennings Clark (b: 29Jan1869 MS d: 02Jul1950 MS).
Researching the family of Elizabeth Cornelia Clark, this Bible reveals a few clues:
Sister of Elizabeth Cornelia Clark Brewer appears to be Harriet M. Clark Gribble (b:17Nov1821 NC d: 21Dec1906 ??), husband Samuel J. Gribble, children William M. (b: 25Oct1841 NC?), Eliza J. Gribble (b: 25Nov1842 NC), James R. (b: 04Apr1846 NC), Emma A. (b: 13Aug1850 AL), and M. A. (girl, b: ca. 1852).
Another sister of Elizabeth Cornelia Clark Brewer appears to be Mary Ann Clark Beaty (b: 20Jul1819 NC d: unknown), husband John D. Beaty (b: ca. 1820 NC d: unknown) and children Thomas, Mary, Charles W, Laura, Adolphus, Eugene, Jennings, and Edward.
Another sister of Elizabeth Cornelia Clark Brewer appears to be Anna Eliza Clark Browning (b: 09Jun1829 NC d: 21Aug1889 ??), husband Rev. Browning (m'd in Selma AL 06Jan1874)
Another sister of Elizabeth Cornelia Clark Brewer appears to be Martha A. Clark Works (b:11Dec1835 NC d: 30Apr1893 AL), husband James A. "Jimmie" Works, Sr. (b: ca. 1831 AL d: 02Jan1891 AL), children William R, Harriett, James A. Jr.
Paternal twin to Martha A. Clark seems to be Hamilton "Hamble" I. Clark (b: 11Dec1835 NC d: unknown)
Younger sister to above seems to be Amanda A. Clark (b:03Dec1839 NC d: 14Nov1865 d: unknown) unknown if married.
Older brother to above seems to be Thomas E. Clark (b: 23May1817 d: unknown) unknown if married.
Parents of above Clark's seems to be Thomas J. Clark (b: unknown NC d: 24Jun1849) and Marie ?? Clark (b: unknown NC d: 31Mar1852 AL)
Migration is clearly NC to Dallas Co. AL where Marie and some of her children are found in the 1850 census living with the Beaty's.
Any help with confirmation of these relationships and lineage of any and all would be appreciated.
