The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, SS. I copied this from the original on file at the Mifflin Co., Pennsylvania, Courthouse, in Lewistown, Friday, 28 Oct 1988.
WHEREAS Frederick Crubach of the Township of [blank] in the County of [blank] hath applied for three hundred acres of land, including an improvement adjoining lands of James Macklin, Jeremiah Cunningham, Matthew Scott, Christian Conowalt, & others, Situate in Wayne Township in the County of Mifflin for which he has paid into the office of the State Treasures at the rate of fifty shillings per hundred acres. Interest thereon from the 1st February 1803 to be paid agreeable to the several acts of Assembly in such case made and provided.
THESE are, therefore, to authorize and require you to survey, or cause to be surveyed, unto the said Frederick Crubach the quantity of acres by him applied for at the place aforesaid, if not already surveyed or appropriated, and to make return thereof into the Land Office, for which this shall be your Warrant.
IN WITNESS whereof John Cochran Secretary of the Land Office, hath hereunto set his hand and affixed the seal of said office, the fourth day of April A. D. 1814

Electa was the dau/o Thomas W. Grubaugh, b 2 Sep 1800 in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, d 29 Aug 1893 in Butler, Richland County, Ohio. Thomas married Margaret A. Cunningham, b 20 May 1823 in Newville, Richland County, Ohio and d 25 Apr 1906-09 in Richland County, Oho.
Thomas W. was the son of Michael Grubaugh, b 22 Jun 1752 in Prussia, d 3 Feb 1844 in Richland County, Ohio. Michael apparently had two wives: Peggie and Susannah.
Margaret A. was the dau/o James Cunningham, b 1780 in Baltimore, Maryland, d between 19 Aug and 1 Sep 1870 in Richland County, Ohio. He married on 25 Feb 1808 in Licking County, Ohio, as his second wife, Margaret Miers/Myers, b ca 17890 in Virginia and d 13 Dec 1875.
James Cunningham was the s/o John Cunningham, b in Ireland, d in Monongalia County, Virginia and Elizabeth ?.
