GEORGE GEURIN Nocona, Texas GEORGE H. GEURIN, 73, Saint Jo, Texas rancher, died Saturday in a Wichita Falls hospital after an illness of about three months. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday at Scott Bros. Chapel in Saint Jo with Rev. ROY COOK, minister of the Missionary Baptist Church of Saint Jo, and Rev. GEORGE PARK, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Nocona, officiating. Burial will be in Mountain Creek Cemetery at Saint Jo. Geurin was a member of the Baptist Church and attended business college at Gainesville. He married the former MISS LILLIE GASTON in 1917 in Montague County.
Survivors are his wife, two sons JAMES LUTHER GEURIN and FRANCIS W. GEURIN, both of Nocona, a daughter MRS. BONNIE BATES of Whitesboro; two brothers, L. O. GEURIN of Saint Jo and W. K. GEURIN of Fort Worth; three sisters MRS. BETH POYNER of Saint Jo, MRS. W. C. GRAVES of Fort Worth and MRS. E. R. YOUNGBLOOD of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, and seven grandchildren.
