Re: Hoby Elizabeth Haigwood

My gg grandmother was Rebecca Elizabeth Haigwood Ward Laman.She and George Laman had 7 children.Robert, Tol, Dan, Henry, Nancy, Elizabeth Missouri, Cinia.George and Rebecca married in Texas, in 1850's.Have been unable to find any leads to Rebecca's family the Haigwoods.I was told her father was a doctor.Some hint at her being part Indian but I doubt that.Hope we are searching the same family.
