The 1910 census for Fall Creek, Yadkin Co, NC has this family: HALL, William age 52 b. NC wife Lucy age 50 b. NC dau Clod age 14 b. NC
For 1910, I can only see a transcription, not the actual image.
In 1900, same location the names have been transcribed as: HALL, William b. Feb 1858 in NC, married 5 yrs, both parents b. NC wife Lyai-- b. July 1857 in NC, 1 child born, 1 child living, both parents b. NC dau Silvie b. Apr 1896 in NC
For this census I can see the actual image. The girl's name is clearly Cloie, not Silvie. The mother's name looks like Lu-ind--I can see why the second letter was transcribed as a y, as the top of the C in Cloie touches the bottom of the u in her name.
There's a transcription of the 1920 census for Shoals, Surey Co, NC: BROWN, Harvey G. age 23 b. NC wife Cloie E. age 22 b. NC dau Ludie B. age 3 b. NC dau Clara N. age 9 b. NC daughter-in-law Lucenda? age 60 b. NC
I think that final family member is probably mother-in-law Lucinda HALL.
There's a NC marriage record for William HALL, age 37, to Lucy BROWN, age 35, on 14-Apr-1895 in Yadkin Co, NC.Groom's parents were Crawford & Mary HALL.Bride's parents were Lace & Betty BROWN.

Trying to find Lace & Betty BROWN, I came across a death record for a Fanny Jane MATTHEWS which names them as her paretns and gives Betty's maiden name as also being TRULOVE.She died in Fall Creek on 30-Jan-1917, age 66, buried in Friendship Cemetery.
They are also named as the parents of bride on the marriage record of Martha J. BROWN to Jesse KNOTT on 28-Dec-1871 in Yadkin Co.
