I am so glad that you have been able to confirm this connection. And yes, I do have several more questions.
1.According to the information I have, it was in October 1766, that John Laurens, son of Henry Laurens of South Carolina, married Martha Manning in London.Martha Manning's sister (name unknown) was the wife of Benjamin Vaughan. The girls were the daughters of William Manning, a prominent London merchant and a friend of the Laurens family friend.Do you know anything of the Manning family?
2.I have a document that Benjamin Hollowell sent to Sir Grey Cooper, one of the British secretaries of the treasury, on September 5, 1774.Do you have any Cooper names in your genealogy?
3.Does the Rev. Dr. Samuel Cooper in Boston have any connection with your Hollowells?
4.Did any of the family settle in Halifax, Nova Scotia?
Thank you so much for your help.
