Hi Kristen! I don't have any instances of Handrigans in PEI on my tree, but I know they exist all over eastern Canada. My gggrandfather arrived in Newfoundland from Ireland in about 1840. There is a record of a Mary Hanrahan in St. John's (Newfoundland archives) in 1808, but I don't have any further information. Sorry I can't help more, but that's the name in my family, oddly enough, that I know the least about. I intend to trace it in Ireland next.
