HI,
On Ancestry there is a marriage certificate for Elizabeth Ann Harcourt and Septimus Good.
It states that they were married 23 November 1871 in Toronto. Elizabeth was born in Toronto and her parents are George and Ann Harcourt of Toronto. Let me know if you want the image of that cert.

On the 1881 Canadian census available on:
http://www.familysearch.org/http://www.familysearch.org/

It states that Septimus was born in England and Elizabeth was born in Ontario which also matches the wedding certificate.

Maybe Elizabeth's parents came from England?
