To create a website for the purpose of gathering this data by permitting entrance only to those that bring forth all of their research is a con. Especially when you ask the gate keeper for information and that person becomes indignant about the request. The person doesn't say anything about their research. I know this research takes a lot of time and cost a lot of money. But when pressed the person becomes indignant when you question what verification process was used. I noticed the person did the same research I did and ask the same questions, exact. But when I ask the person those same questions the researcher was very rude, you know who you are. There are some who do no research and there are some who just want to find a (1) ancestor. The research process, gathering, questioning this the means of finding and learning ones ancestry. It burns it into ones brain. IT'S a journey that will always be remembered. Except for this researcher who became aloof because the researcher believes they have done something no one else has. The person knows my research has benefited them greatly. A frame work and guide along that path. Which I share publicly so the same research dose not have to be duplicated. This researcher chooses to keep their research private but benefited from others knowledge in putting that data together, it was called sharing when the researcher received that information! This should have been stated, I want you to share your research with me but I won't share my research with you or anyone else, will you share on those terms? I would like to see that person's research if all data that came from questioning other researchers was removed! I would see a big hole! A vastness of white space.
