When Margaret dies in 1919 or soJamesmarries a woman namedBridget andhadadditionalchildren:
NBarney
Seamus and Nora
Nora wouldmarry John Gildea andhavefivechildren webelieve thatshestill livesthere. Isent a snail mail letter with no results yet.Ireceived thefollowing email abouttwo weeks ago and attempting toverifyany orall of theinformation:
I knew Barney, Seamus, Nora and their mom who I think was named Bridget. They lived on New Street in Headford.Seamus went to England in the late 40's, Barney died in his forties and Nora still lives on New Street with her husband John Gildea.I also am familiar with their daughter Rita who played with my young sons when I took them to Ireland in the 70's.
Nora and John have a done a tremendous job in converting a couple of small two-room houses on New Street into one beautiful and modern house.I think John does construction for a living. The houses were the property of the local British landlord, Richard St. George, who owned practically everything in the Headford area.
