Henning of Northern Ireland,via Holland

There was an old family story that three Henning brothers came from Holland with the army of King William in 1690 to Northern Ireland and one settled in Rathfriland and one in Newry and the other one settled in Kilkeel.        

u.k Henning c1720 son Matthew c1754 son John 1805 m Martha Loughlin from Ballynagappog all from Northern Ireland.

Nancy Henning 1843 May 23 - m u/k

* Sarah Henning 1847 – 1912 Oct 12       m John McCuaigMary Henning c1849 - ?        m Hollingsworth       no info
** William Henning 1854 – 1934 m Mary Bingham c1860 – c1930
All of John and Martha's children went to the U.S.A. accept
**William. *Sara returned to N.I.
