Rob, I started and now co-administer the Henry Y Surname Project at Family Tree DNA. I will be glad to help although you can't contribute a YDNA passed down from a mother.
First, it is a total misconception to think that you would only look at exactly "Henry" spelling. There was no such thing as correct and consistency in spelling during that time period and as she went back either generation in the colonies or abroad, I can guarantee spelling changes and variations through the hundreds of years.
You have Henry from almost any European country in Maryland in those early years. You have Henrys there from different haplogroups even though they came from the same country.
We just have to work on her specifically backwards and see who she goes to.
I will look at what you have provided and see what I can do.
