i have heyes in my line who originate in wigan lanc. the connection is through a Jane heyes who married a Herbert Birchall and had my gggrandfather and his siblings and then remarried an onichon and had several children, some of which ended up in Welwyn garden city and remained clsoe to their half-siblings.
perhaps a connection of sorts. Ill repost when i have my info handy
