As to Nancy Hiler's family -- you may have much of this already -- she married Darius P. Merritt (b 1811, Morris County, NJ, d. 1884 Brooklyn, Kings Co, NY) and they had a daughter, Claire Merritt (1852-1917), who married Marcus J. Pulis of Bergen Co, NJ.

Nancy's parents were Margaret (Cardiff) and William Hiler 0f Morris Co, NJ, 1788-1852)

William's parents were Anna Maria (unknown) and Peter (Petrus) Huyler of Morris Co, NJ, (1756-1831)

Would enjoy sharing additional info on shared cousins.
