"On Monday at her home on Everett street occurred the death of Mrs. Julia Augusta (Hinckley) Yorke, window of the late Jesse Holbrook Yorke, aged 61 years, three months and six days. She was born in Topsham, the daughter of Charles and Rosella (Freeman) Hinckley.A year ago she was operated upon for cancer and for a few months that brought relief, but since last October she had been steadily failing, suffering severely since then. Her husband Jesse Holbrook Yorke died in April, 1905. She leaves an aged mother, two sisters and a brother here in Brunswick, a brother in Boston, five sones, one the pastor of the Congregational church in west Medford, Mass., and the others in business in Gardner, Mass., also one married daughter in Putnam, Conn. Prayer was offered at the home of her mother, 6 Everett Street, Tuesday, July 3, at 9:30 o'clock by the Rev. Edward Mason, D. D., and the body was taken to Putnam, Conn. for interment. Funeral services there at one o'clock, Thursday, July 5th."

"Mrs. Rosella Hinckley died on Monday afternoon at her home on Everett street, aged 86 years, 7 months and 7 days. She was the widow of Charles Hinckley and was born in Leeds, Me.She is survived by two sons, Edward H., of this town and G. Frank Hinckley of Boston, and by two daughters, Miss M. Ellen Hinckley and Miss Lizzie Hinckley, both of Brunswick.The funeral was held on Wednesday afternoon from her late home, the services being conducted by Rev. Frederic T. Nelson. the two sons and a grandson Rev. B. L. (Burt Leon) Yorke, acted as bearers. Three grandchildren, Rev. B. L. Yorke of West Medford, Massl, Miss Edith Hall of Portland and Mrs. D. McIntyre of Putnam, Conn., were present at the funeral."
