Hirte written on the first page.There is no title page with a date of publication.At the bottom of the last page is printed "Druck von Wilh. Kassel in Köln" = "Printing by Wilhelm Kassel in Cologne".Time of publication is probably the 1860's. There is no record of births, marriages, etc., of family members.

In the matter of the estate of Augusta Hirte, deceased.
The State of Minnesota to Charles Hirte, Frank Hirte, George B. Hirte, Max B. Hirte, Ferdinand E. A. Hirte, Louisa Kleiber and all other persons interested in the allowance and probate of the will of said decedent.The petition of M. B. Hirte and George B. Hirte being duly filed in this court, representing that Augusta Hirte, then a resident of the County of Wabasha, State of Minnesota, died on the 9th day of July, 1917, leaving a last will and testament which is presented to this court with said petition, and praying that said instrument be allowed as the last will and testament of said decedent, and that letters testamentary be issued thereon to them, M. B. Hirte and George B. Hirte.
Now therefore you and each of you are hereby cited and required to show cause, if any you have, before this Court at the Council Rooms in the City Hall in the City of Lake City, County of Wabasha, State of Minnesota, on Wednesday, the 15th day of August, 1917, at two o'clock P. M., why the prayer of said petitioner should not be granted.
